License Overview

Bihar Innovation (BI) provides licenses for various software products and services. By acquiring a license from BI, the Customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure the proper use and protection of BI’s intellectual property.

Types of Licenses

• Software License: Grants the Customer the right to use BI’s software products as specified in the licensing agreement.
• Content License: Allows the Customer to use specific content provided by BI, such as images, text, and multimedia, under defined conditions.
• Service License: Covers access to and use of BI’s services, including support, maintenance, and updates.

License Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all licenses issued by BI:

• Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be sublicensed unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
• Licenses are granted for a specific duration, as mentioned in the licensing agreement. Renewal terms will be provided upon the expiration of the license.
• The Customer must not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the licensed software or content without prior written consent from BI.
• All licensed materials remain the intellectual property of BI. The Customer is granted usage rights as specified in the license agreement.

Usage Restrictions

The Customer agrees to use the licensed materials only for the purposes explicitly stated in the license agreement. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the licensed materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the license and legal action.

License Fees and Payment

License fees are specified in the licensing agreement and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the license.

Support and Maintenance

BI provides support and maintenance services for licensed software as specified in the licensing agreement. These services may include updates, bug fixes, and technical support. The scope and duration of support are defined in the agreement.

Termination

BI reserves the right to terminate the license if the Customer breaches any terms of the agreement. Upon termination, the Customer must cease all use of the licensed materials and return or destroy any copies in their possession.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the licensed materials remain with BI. The Customer is granted a limited right to use the materials as specified in the license agreement. Any infringement of BI’s intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
